Paypal is the only form of payment accepted. Major credit cards are accepted and processed through Paypal. You can pay with your debit or credit card through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account, however it is easy to set up a PayPal account if you have a valid email address. Please ensure that the address listed with your PayPal account is the correct mailing address for you. When you place an order to purchase a product we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order.

Returns/Refunds:
Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the total cost of your order excluding postage on goods returned within 7 days of receipt. No returns are accepted after this period. Refunds will not be given for used goods. All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods.Goods must be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us before purchase.

Your information is safe with us and will never be shared or sold to any other party. Payment information is encrypted through Paypal and is not stored on our systems.

Shipping Information:
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 3 business days of placing your order and cleared payment received. Within the UK all orders are shipped via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service to ensure that the product arrives promptly and safely.

Outside the UK, we offer a number of shipping options, from which you can choose during checkout. Please note that International Airmail is not trackable and so we can not completely guarantee delivery, or make more than a rough estimate of delivery windows. We always retain proof of posting for all items.

For certain locations we offer Royal Mail's Airsure shipping, which is insured and completely trackable. You can find out more about Airsure directly at the Royal Mail's website http://www.yuliakunze.com/airsure . For locations where Airsure is not available we will ship via regular mail unless you choose international courier from the shipping options.

When ordering goods from us for delivery overseas you may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specific destination. Any additional charges for customer clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be.
